Perfect for MMA training, Muai Thai Boxing, Etc.  This shin & instep is stuffed with two layers of foam for maximum comfort and protection.  Both foams measure 7/8" in total thickness.  Velcro closing allows access to the inner foam, so you can take them out to wash the shell.
